Episode 134 reaction

Episode 134 is out!

Kym is in the hospital. More people are falling ill. Just what is afflicting them? Here’s a collection of our thoughts and reactions from the episode.

(SPOILERS AHEAD)

We start off with Lauren rushing Kym to the hospital, and you can really feel the tension through the screen.

Next up we see that Lukas is finally back, and that he as well as Kieran and Will has joined Lauren outside the hospital room.

Lauki looks so married y’all... Don’t even have to fake their relationship anymore Kieran is just going full protective-boyfriend-mode this ep.

Eph must’ve had so much fun writing the script for this episode, getting to flex her medical knowledge!

Kieran suspects Ms. Greene’s death and Kym’s illness are linked, and that this may be caused by a potent venom. He clearly knows more than he lets on and Lauren notices this.

Unrelated, but Kieran is still holding Lauren.

Will agrees with Kieran and we find out more people from the APD has fallen ill with similar symptoms, specifically those who investigated Greene’s body.

Will remembers the phone number of Kym’s parents by heart.

Your honor. This man is in love.

Can we give it up for Lukas this episode? He’s being the much-needed comic relief, and amazing at it. Give this man his own spin-off please

The effects of this infliction isn’t limited to the APD. Both Bella and Neyra are seen to be affected by it, and Neyra’s maid even collapses like Kym. Just why was this poison used, and by whom? We can’t wait for Lauren and March to investigate this!

I wanted to do some Hanahaki au, I started with Lukas (Right) And decided to do another piece to go as a companion piece with Violet (left). They’re not in love with each other, I ship them with some of my friends characters. I also wanted to do two versions of the Hanahaki. So Lukas would tell his he loves them to make it stop hurting while violet would get her feelings removed but keep the hanahaki a little while to maybe remember what feeling in love felt like.

I did another version of Lukas’s cause I wanted to do something more with the piece. Tw: Blood

Dustin sat on a chair, feeling rather lonely for someone that had been in a gymnasium full of people. He had just been rejected by Stacey. He wanted to go and find his best friend, but Mike had told him Lucas was busy.

He still decided it would be a good idea to look for him, so he got up and started looking.

Dustin was prepared to see Lucas with someone else. After all, it was just friends, right?- that’s all it was… He walked onto the dance floor, making sure to stay away from whatever the hell Mike and Will were doing. Is that what they called dancing? Steve would be ashamed. That’s when he saw Lucas and Max.

Dustin stopped dead in his tracks as Lucas and Max kissed. He didn’t know what to do, he was just frozen. After he regained knowledge of what was going on, he ran over to the phone and dialed the number he knew that would help. The Harrington’s home phone. Steve said he would be there until the dance ended, may as well end now for what he was concerned.

Dustin twirled the phone cord around his finger nervously as the phone rang, and then it clicked, signaling someone had picked up.

“Hello?” Asked Steve from the other line

“Steve! Can you come pick me up? I’m not feeling too good anymore, might as well just go home..-“ Dustin asked frantically, trying not to get the attention of anyone in the gym.

“Henderson? What’s going on, You were so excited-“

“It just wasn’t what I expected, that’s all-“ Dustin mumbled, glancing up to see Lucas and Max all lovey-dovey.

Steve nodded in understanding “Give me 10 minutes, I’ll be there.” And with that, the end tone played as Dustin hung the phone up on the receiver and started toward outside. When Steve got there, Dustin got in the passengers seat, not a single word spoken from him which was usual.

“It’ll be okay, Dustin, they must be missing out then, we’ll get you cheered up. Okay?” Steve offered as he pulled out of the parking lot and headed towards Loch Nora.

I know we’re all talking about Steve’s character development (which GOOOOOD I FUCKING LOVE THAT MAN) but can we talk about Lukas’ development ??? My boy just doesn’t get the love he deserves ! Season 1 he was so against letting el in “the party” bc he was so comfy with his friend group BUT NOW in season 2 HE ADVOCATES FOR MAX he sees that she’s an outcast too and he WELCOMES HER with open arms he includes her in everything he’s grown and he knows !!! He knows that just because you are happy with your friends doesn’t mean more people can’t be included !!!
